The Role: The Land and Wayleaves Coordinator will perform a key role within both the Land & Utilities Team and the wider Capital Controls Team. Reporting will be directly to the Specialists in the Land & Utilities Team. The Land & Wayleaves Coordinator will assist in the acquisition of Land and Wayleaves by consent and/or compulsory acquisition. The role will also provide support in the preparation of reports, maintaining databases, etc. Land and Wayleaves Coordinator will interact daily with Project and Programme Managers in Irish Water and across the Regional Capital Offices. The role will also involve maintaining key relationships with external professional service providers. As well as Asset Delivery, liaise and collaborate with: Liaise with various agencies and utilities, e.g. An Bord Pleanala, Foreshore License Section, Road Management Office, ESB etc. Assist in the maintenance and updating of the various databases in order to properly record against various processes for Asset Delivery; land & wayleave database, electronic content management system, Maximo, etc. Assist in the maintenance and updating of various Land & Utilities procedural and process documentation. Raise risks and issues as appropriate to the Land & Wayleave Specialists. Process incoming and outgoing correspondence. Other duties as may be assigned from time to time. Knowledge, Skills and Experience: Relevant experience in a similar role. Relevant third Level qualification in a relevant discipline. Experience in preparing reports, maintaining databases, raising and delivering Purchase Requisitions on the Oracle system, processing invoices and filing. Strong Computer skills with a proficient working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook.
