Our guiding principle is to deliver excellent quality products at competitive prices and we are constantly developing our product ranges.  Security • Support the implementation of loss prevention strategies to reduce theft and shrinkage.• Investigate, resolve, and report any suspected external/internal theft, fraud, or other illegal activities to Gardai and relevant agencies.• Develop and maintain relationships with local Gardai and other relevant agencies to allow foreffective and timely crime resolutions.• Identify any high-risk areas and act as a strong deterrent on the shop floor.• Engage with store management to ensure security SOP and polices within stores are always adhered to.• To action any other duties as requested by the LP Manager including out of hours surveillance, auditing and additional support at other stores.Training• Assist in the education of staff on loss prevention and security related issues.• Promote a culture of awareness and vigilance among employees to prevent loss.• Work with contractors and suppliers to ensure that all security-related products and services meet the company's standards.
