The Family Support Workers will also provide support to children with physical disabilities in the home and local community, assistance with home therapy programs; personal care assistance; social support and facilitate the achievement of the individual’s goals. Salary Scale: €53,388 - €63,198 pro rata per annum “This pay scale is subject to an 8% increase in June 2024 in accordance with the recent WRC interim agreement (Ref CAM -100101-22) towards enhanced pay adjustments in Section 39 organisations.” Overview of the Post: The post holder will be responsible for the provision of a speech and language therapy service within the Assistive technology team, to include assessment and intervention, clinical supervision service delivery to individuals with communication challenges. The post holder will be required to work across a range of settings including the clinic, schools and preschools, the person’s home and community settings across the health region.
