Relevant Skills/Experience: • Previous experience in the hospitality sector (caf, restaurant, hotel) an advantage; • Barista experience is desirable; • Excellent communication skills; • Previous customer service experience is an advantage; • Passion for coffee and ability to inspire customers; Main Duties • Always ensure that customer satisfaction is the number one priority by greeting each customer as if it`s their first visit to the store and consistently deliver an exceptional service; • Adhere to all standards required by Frank and Honest including the policies, procedures, instructions and guidelines set out in the operations manual; • Prepare all Frank and Honest beverages and blended cold drinks adhering to the correct procedures; • Assist customers to improve their knowledge of our food and beverages; • Maintain the highest quality and consistent food and beverage standards at all times; • Clean the coffee equipment throughout the day consistent with Frank and Honest standards; • Familiarise yourself with the full Frank and Honest food product range and upsell the full range; • Demonstrate your passion for coffee by sharing knowledge and personal recommendations with customers; • Deal with all customer queries efficiently, professionally and in line with store/caf policy; • Merchandise and present the caf to the highest standard at all time and in accordance with relevant guidelines; • Ensure that all areas of the caf/your area are kept clean and tidy.

The support worker will provide practical, personal and social support to the individuals and group they work with. Overview of Duties & Responsibilities: • Working under the direction of the Adult Services Centre Co-ordinator to provide person-centred support to those who use our service.  • Working in partnership with service owners to facilitate their active involvement in the development and achievement of personal and group goals. • Assisting with all activities of daily living; personal care, showering, session support, driving/escort duties and dealing with any other special needs of service Owners.  • Assisting with transport needs by being available to drive service or Service owner’s vehicles. • Develop, Participate and contribute to the Person Centred Planning and key working Process in line with the national New Directions Policy and Guidelines.  • Working as part of the staff team to contribute to the development and delivery of a variety of programmes which empower service owners to be effective in their personal and family lives, in their working lives and in their community and leisure pursuits. The successful candidate will have: Essential Criteria: • Qualification in relevant Health Care/Social Care (Fetac level 5 or equivalent) • Minimum of 1 years’ experience working as a Health Care Assistant. • Experience of working with Adults with Physical, sensory and neurological disabilities. • Experience & ability to support an individual with personal/intimate care needs • Experience & ability to support individuals with Eating Drinking and swallowing needs. • Full Clean drivers Licence • Knowledge of Person Centred Approaches Desirable Criteria: • 3 years’ experience of working within the disability sector. • Knowledge of Social Role Valorisation theory of practice • Possess a D1 driving licence or be willing to obtain one. • Knowledge of Enable Ireland Services and strategic priorities.
