eCommerce Executive

Kildare  Job Type: Full-time (Office Based) We are looking for an experienced and commercially driven eCommerce Executive to join our growing team at our Head Office in Newbridge. This role will support the day-to-day management, optimisation, and growth of our online store while helping deliver a best-in-class customer experience across all digital channels. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in eCommerce, online merchandising, and digital trading, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for online retail. Experience within the equestrian industry is a strong advantage. Key Responsibilities Website Management • Manage and maintain products, collections, categories, filters, and website content • Ensure all product information, imagery, pricing, and stock availability are accurate and up to date • Monitor website functionality and customer journey to ensure a seamless shopping experience Online Merchandising & Trading • Manage homepage updates, banners, featured collections, and promotional activity • Support seasonal campaigns, product launches, sales events, and new collection releases • Analyse product performance and optimise merchandising to improve conversion and sales • Work closely with marketing and creative teams to deliver engaging onsite experiences Content & SEO • Optimise product pages, collections, and landing pages for SEO and customer engagement • Upload and maintain promotional pages and website content in line with brand guidelines • Support content improvements to enhance organic traffic and conversion performance Analytics & Reporting • Monitor website KPIs including traffic, conversion rate, revenue, and average order value • Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights • Identify opportunities to improve the online customer journey and overall website performance Campaign & CRM Support • Assist with setting up promotions, discount codes, and campaign activity • Support email marketing campaigns and website updates in collaboration with the marketing team • Ensure campaigns are executed accurately and on time across all digital channels Requirements • Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in an eCommerce, digital marketing, or online merchandising role • Strong experience working with Shopify or similar eCommerce platforms • Proven experience managing online merchandising, promotions, and digital campaigns • Strong understanding of SEO best practices and eCommerce trading principles • Experience using Google Analytics (GA4), Shopify reporting, or similar analytics tools • Commercially minded with the ability to analyse performance and identify growth opportunities • Excellent attention to detail, organisation, and time management skills • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment • Strong communication and collaboration skills • Customer-focused mindset with strong communication skills; experience handling customer queries and phone support is a plus • Experience with Klaviyo or email marketing platforms is an advantage • Basic HTML/CSS knowledge is beneficial • Coming from an equestrian background or having knowledge of the equestrian industry is a strong advantage What We Offer • Opportunity to grow within a fast-growing eCommerce business • Hands-on involvement in developing and scaling an online store • Collaborative and supportive team environment • Staff discount • Career progression opportunities within the business Please click the  APPLY NOW  button to upload your CV. The region has 4 Integrated Health Areas, serving a population of around 300,000 and take account of local geographies, population size, needs and services. The IHA areas are HSE Dublin South City and West, HSE Dublin South West, HSE Kildare and West Wicklow and HSE Midlands and the Integrated Healthcare Managers are in post since October 2024. IHAs bring together both acute and community services as well as other non-HSE providers and are crucial to supporting and enabling integrated care. Within the 4 Integrated Health Areas there are 9 acute hospital (model 4s and 3s, mix of statutory and voluntary providers) delivering a full range of acute hospital, women and children’s services, in addition to specialised radiation and oncology care. There are also 6 integrated care hubs/csts and 20 Community Health Networks who together will serve the population health needs of our area. The reform programme for HSE Dublin and Midlands provides an opportunity to shape the future of health and social care in a rapidly changing environment and to continue to implement safer better health care through integrated services. It provides a range of services including medical, surgical and stroke. There is a 4-bedded intensive care unit. Our services are designed to meet the needs of the adult population in this catchment area. The majority of hospital activity results from unscheduled inpatient admissions through the Emergency Department (ED). The emergency department is open 24-hours per day 7 days per week all year round. The hospital is owned and managed by the Health Service Executive (HSE) and is part of the Dublin Midlands Hospital Group. There are 0.66 WTE Consultant Dermatologists in the HSE Dublin Midlands Region, based at Naas General Hospital. The Dermatology Unit at Naas General Hospital provides Regional Dermatology Services to the HSE Dublin Midlands Region. Outpatient clinic activity occurs 3 days a week. In NGH there are currently 3 dermatology clinics per week, pigmented lesion clinics are incorporated into these clinics. The majority of patients seen in Naas are managed in Naas including melanoma follow-up with just a small cohort needing referral to a Model 4 hospital. As with other specialties, the service is seeing an ever-increasing number of referrals. The number of referrals will continue to rise with the observed trend in skin cancer numbers. There are currently 3.0 WTE nursing staff including 1 WTE Dermatology Clinical Nurse Specialist and 1 ANP post. There is 1 WTE Registrar post in Naas. The current expansion of Consultant numbers will also include expansion of nursing and registrar WTE. The Dermatology department at NGH has an on-site phototherapy unit offering narrow band UVB. Dermatology at NGH offers photodynamic therapy.

The clinical microbiology service at Naas General Hospital (NGH) provides a 24/7 service – laboratory reporting, clinical liaison, infection prevention & control advice and antimicrobial stewardship, as well as clinical liaison and advice to GPs, Occupational, Community and Public Health colleagues as required. The NGH Microbiology Laboratory is an INAB accredited laboratory that provides a diagnostic service to all patients in NGH and to General Practitioners in the community across a large catchment area. In recent years there has been significant expansion of molecular testing capacity. Naas General Hospital for 14.5 hours per week, CHO 7 for 18.5 hours and Tallaght University Hospital for 4 hours per week To support and further develop the provision of the Clinical Microbiology service in Naas General Hospital with improved links with TUH. To provide consultant leadership for the CHO7 Infection Prevention and Control and Antimicrobial Stewardship programmes To support the ongoing development of links between acute and community services. It is envisaged that this post will allow time to develop a proactive IPC AMS service, specifically through education, training, guideline development, audit, quality improvement projects, implementation and integration of the ICNet software system across acute and community sites.
