Overview This role will involve working across the Tirlán manufacturing site network and central functions to lead out Tirlán's Food Safety Programs. The Food Safety Manager is responsible for the oversight of Tirlán’s food and feed safety program. This role also will ensure regulatory change and customer specific requirements are considered in the Food Safety Program. Primarily based in the Abbey Quarter, Kilkenny, the Food Safety Manager will also be required to travel to and work from our manufacturing sites frequently.
