KITCHEN ASSISTANT / COMMIS CHEF | €13.70 per hour plus tips All colleagues working in our restaurants, cafés and bars will benefit from the discretionary service charge we add to bills. The majority of our guests are happy to reward our colleagues for their excellent service. We are looking for a Kitchen Assistant / Commis Chef to join our friendly team. In this role, you will have the chance to learn and progress from the ground floor up, helping with the preparation, cooking and presentation of food. Working to the highest standards and in an environment that combines popular menus and quality food with the very best in service. The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate the ability to work as part of a team and the desire to learn and develop. Previous experience within a kitchen environment would be desirable but not essential as full training will be provided. This means that your days and hours of work could vary each week, but you will always receive at least your contracted hours each period. As our village is open 365 days of the year, your working hours will include public / bank holidays and during Christmas and / or New Year on a rota basis with a premium rate of pay for hours worked on a Sunday. Retail Bakery Assistant

Across each village there are a number of retail units, including our very own supermarket; Parcmarket and dedicated sweet shop; Treats, as well as a children’s toy store, a gift shop and our swimwear and accessories shop and these are all complemented by our clothing store. RETAIL BAKERY ASSISTANT | €13.70 per hour We are looking for a Retail Bakery Assistant with a passion for delivering excellent customer service to join our busy Bakery team within the Parc Market. In this role, you will welcome guests in a positive, friendly manner and ensure that they are served quickly and efficiently. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be comfortable working independently or as part of a team. Other responsibilities will include baking morning goods and hot foods and ensuring all work areas are kept clean and tidy. Previous experience of working within a retail environment would be beneficial, however full training will be provided. This is a busy department, so the ability to remain calm and perform well under pressure will be required. As a Shift Manager, you’ll support the Restaurant Manager in ensuring every shift runs smoothly and to the highest standards. You’ll lead and motivate the team, ensuring great guest care, adherence to brand standards and effective training and coaching.
