To lead a team who support individuals in all aspects of their daily lives and in accordance with their evolving plans, to support them to lead a meaningful life. The post holder will be required to establish and maintain relationships with individuals with disabilities that are based on respect and equality to support people to direct their own lives. It is critical that when undertaking this work the post holder will do so in a manner that is consistent with the vision and mission of the service.
