As Shift Manager you will accomplish all shift work requirements by orienting, assisting and coaching employees. You will ensure all standards are met by following production, productivity, quality and customer service standards. As a shift manager you will be monitoring operations, reallocating resources and solving operational problems. You will be working within a £multi-million restaurant and managing a team of 80 or more employees. You will be part of the management team that will drive your restaurant forward by building sales, growing profitability and delivering an outstanding customer experience. This position is open to people whom have experience of managing and leading teams within the retail, hospitality, business or a customer focused environment. Additionally, this role is restaurant based and involves working changeable shift patterns including working weekends and bank holidays. Events Administrator
This is an excellent entry level opportunity for someone looking to start or grow their career in hospitality and events. The role involves assisting with event enquiries, updating booking systems, preparing event details, and helping ensure all arrangements run smoothly on the day. You will work closely with the Sales & Events team and other hotel departments to support client requirements, including room setup, menus, and special requests. You will also help maintain accurate records, assist with client communication, and ensure all information is shared clearly with the relevant teams.
