Key Responsibilities Support the team in delivering a range of accounting, audit and tax services to clients. Assist with the preparation of financial statements, management accounts and other financial reports. Support audit engagements, including gathering information, performing basic testing and preparing audit documentation. Assist with the preparation of tax returns and calculations, and support the team with Revenue-related matters. Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and financial information. Liaise with clients and colleagues to obtain information and resolve queries in a professional manner. Complete routine accounting and administrative tasks accurately and within agreed deadlines. Develop an understanding of clients’ businesses and the financial and regulatory requirements relevant to them. Work collaboratively with colleagues across different service areas while also taking responsibility for individual tasks. Continually develop technical knowledge and professional skills through on-the-job experience and professional examinations. Contribute to delivering high-quality work while adhering to Xeinadin’s processes, standards and values. Key Requirements We are looking for someone who is: Completing a business or finance related third-level qualification. (Currently in your final year) On track for a 2.1 degree or higher Is motivated to pursue a professional Accounting or Tax qualification. Is curious, eager to learn and ready to take on new challenges. Enjoys building relationships and working collaboratively. Has strong communication and problem-solving skills. Purpose of the role: To assist and lead on the provision of a comprehensive pharmacy service assisting in the medication management process and promoting the delivery of safe, effective and cost-effective dispensary, oncology pharmacy and clinical pharmacy services. Provides direction and support to fellow staff members regarding safe use of medication. The Pharmacy Department at Tipperary University Hospital provides pharmaceutical services in the hospital which include; dispensary services, stock top up services, medicines information, provision of chemotherapy and some ward-based clinical pharmacy services. Pharmacy services are provided by the department to patients being treated in the following specialities; medicine, surgery, obstetrics and gynaecology, paediatrics, intensive care, cardiology, oncology, emergency medicine and psychiatry (including outpatient clozapine, depot dispensing and residential unit medication supply). The department also provides services to Caredoc, Health Centres, Community Care Clinics, Vaccines, Occupational Health. The team structure within the department comprises pharmacists, technicians, clerical administration and portering staff.
