SOCIAL CARE WORKER - SUPPORT WORKER TIPPRARY RESIDENTIAL SERVICES (Contract hours 60 hours per fortnight) Informal enquiries to: Judy Li Ryan 087 178 8021 We are recruiting for a Social Care Worker / Support Worker to join us in our Tipperary Residential Services. We have services in Moyne and Ardfinnan, Tipperary. The successful candidate will be provided with the opportunity to support individuals with independent living skills, community inclusion and the promotion of their personal health and wellbeing. Our wide variety of services provide full time residential support to individuals with physical and/or intellectual disabilities/autism in both individualized and group settings. The shift patterns include day/evening/overnight (sleepovers and waking night duty) Requirements: · Relevant recognised Diploma in Social Care / Applied Social Studies in Social Care/Disability/social Care Practice (Level 7 on National Framework of Qualifications) which are CORU approved. Pharmacist, Senior
Purpose of the role: To assist and lead on the provision of a comprehensive pharmacy service assisting in the medication management process and promoting the delivery of safe, effective and cost-effective dispensary, oncology pharmacy and clinical pharmacy services. Provides direction and support to fellow staff members regarding safe use of medication. The Pharmacy Department at Tipperary University Hospital provides pharmaceutical services in the hospital which include; dispensary services, stock top up services, medicines information, provision of chemotherapy and some ward-based clinical pharmacy services. Pharmacy services are provided by the department to patients being treated in the following specialities; medicine, surgery, obstetrics and gynaecology, paediatrics, intensive care, cardiology, oncology, emergency medicine and psychiatry (including outpatient clozapine, depot dispensing and residential unit medication supply). The department also provides services to Caredoc, Health Centres, Community Care Clinics, Vaccines, Occupational Health. The team structure within the department comprises pharmacists, technicians, clerical administration and portering staff.
