HR Manager
Main purpose of the role: Maintain and enhance the store`s human resources by planning, implementing and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programmes and practices. The ideal candidate will have/be: - 2 years` experience in a relevant position • CIPD qualification is desirable • Excellent communication skills • Good delegation skills • Highly driven with a strong work ethic • An understanding of how to achieve KPIs and targets • Commerciality and brand awareness • Passion for grocery retail • Thrive in a fast-paced working environment. Main purpose of the role: Merchandise, rotate and face off all stock in assigned department while maintaining hygiene and food standards.
