The Graduate Staff Nurse will assess, plan, implement and evaluate care to the highest professional and ethical standards within the model of nursing care practiced in the relevant care setting. The staff nurse will provide holistic, person-centred care, promoting optimum independence and enhancing the quality of life for service users. They will report operationally to the CNM1/CNM2 and will be professionally accountable to the Director of Nursing. Salary: €20.48 per hour Key Responsibilities The Youthreach Resource Person plays a vital role in providing administrative support and ensuring the smooth operation of the assigned area. Working closely with line managers and colleagues, the successful candidate will contribute to the delivery of services and the achievement of organisational goals. Duties of Youthreach Resource Person ▪ Working with learners with literacy and/or numeracy issues ▪ Responsible to the Co-ordinator for the delivery of the programme. ▪ Direct class contact in keeping with programme needs as required by the ETB subject. ▪ Curriculum delivery, implementation of certification procedures, supervision of work experience and delivery of frontline guidance and information as appropriate. ▪ Maintenance of discipline. ▪ Assessment and monitoring of learner course work. ▪ Administrative duties relevant to the post, including the maintenance of records and the provision of reports as required. The company carries out a wide variety of Landscaping and Grounds Maintenance Services throughout Waterford and the South East of Ireland and is currently looking to recruit a suitable enthusiastic person with a genuine interest in Horticulture who is willing to learn and progress themselves within the Landscaping and Grounds Maintenance Industry in the long term.
