Job Specification The role of the Traveller Apprenticeship Incentivisation Programme Administration Officer: This person would be employed by the Irish Traveller Movement to support the delivery of the Traveller Apprenticeship Incentivisation Programme. The person appointed will work closely with the Programme’s National Outreach Officer, who will be working throughout the country and will need support in their role. In addition, the Programme, which is operating under Dormant Accounts Funding, will require strong administration underpinning it, which will be provided through the Administration Officer role. Incremental credit will be applied for recognised relevant service in Ireland and abroad (Department of Health Circular 2/2011). Incremental credit is normally granted on appointment, in respect of previous experience in the Civil Service, Local Authorities, Health Service and other Public Service Bodies and Statutory Agencies.
