An exciting opportunity has arisen for an MI & Data Manager based in our Colchester office, who will be responsible for all MI and Data activity within Arc Legal Group including data strategy and execution. The successful candidate will have significant experience of insurance data management and people leadership, being responsible for ensuring reference data is curated effectively with systems and processes reflecting this in the production of Management Information. Essential skills and experience: · A strong background in Insurance MI and data expertise · Excellent project management skills · Excellent verbal and written communication · Excellent organisational and time keeping skills · Strong attention to detail · Confidence to own tasks without supervision and to make decisions · Experience of using all Microsoft Office programs · Good knowledge and experience of delivering operational change · Strong people skills – ability to communicate and build rapport.
