Following the success of our previous trainee programmes, which saw our trainees transition into key members of our delivery team with clear career progression pathways set out, we are thrilled to offer this incredible opportunity once again. Our comprehensive and hands on trainee programme will equip you with the essential skills and knowledge needed to excel in the dynamic world of overhead lines. From technical training to practical, real world experience, we ensure every trainee is fully prepared for a future filled with possibilities. Key Responsibilities The Overhead Lines Operative Traineeship is designed to provide the electrical transmission and distribution sector with personnel who have the knowledge, skills and competencies to undertake a range of tasks associated with the erection and maintenance of overhead power lines. Participants will get the opportunity to develop the practical and technical skills needed to construct and maintain overhead power lines.
