Qualifications / Experience: Normal working hours are Monday – Friday in day services. However, weekend work may be required to meet the needs of the people supported on occasion. The Brothers of Charity Services model of service is based on Personal Outcome Measures quality and person centred planning system requiring employees to be flexible in their working hours to provide a quality service delivery for each person supported.
