What you need to succeed: • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or related field (preferred). • Proven track record of success in sales or client services leadership roles, preferably within the healthcare or recruitment industry. Previous experience managing Temporary Recruitment teams would be an advantage. • Strong understanding of the Irish healthcare market, including its dynamics, challenges, and opportunities. • Previous experience managing a team of salespeople, demonstrating effective leadership and team-building skills. • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve results. • Strategic thinker with the ability to analyse data, identify trends, and develop actionable insights and recommendations. • Results-oriented with a focus on delivering exceptional client service and driving business growth. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
