Working closely with Programme and Project Management, the Transition Specialist ensures all service components are effectively mobilised, coordinated, and embedded into live support. They are responsible for applying industry best practices—including ITIL-aligned Service Transition and Change Management principles—to deliver seamless service introductions and minimise disruption. The role is based at our Limerick Customer Response Centre, supporting a team that delivers 1st and 2nd line support to the HSE. About the Role As a core part of the ICT/digital unit of any Civil Service organisation, the role of Software Developer – Senior ICT Specialist at HEO level is an important one. These roles are focused on delivering digital solutions to a range of users including members of the public, businesses and colleagues across their own organisation. Successful candidates will be lead members of a technical team using any one of a range of different languages/frameworks to develop applications and digital solutions needed by your organisation.
