Job Title: Maintenance Apprentice (Electrical or Mechanical Pathway) Reporting To: Maintenance Manager Location: This role is based in Kilwaughter, Co. Antrim As a Maintenance apprentice, you will gain hands-on experience and formal training in either mechanical or electrical engineering (depending on your pathway). Under the guidance of experienced engineers and technicians, you will develop the practical skills, knowledge, and behaviours required to support the design, installation, maintenance, and improvement of engineering systems and equipment across the organisation. Throughout the apprenticeship you will receive day release to attend college whilst working towards your level 3 qualification. By gaining knowledge and training within different aspects of the role you will work your way up to become a skilled maintenance representative. You will be reviewed regularly throughout your apprenticeship with product and skills training and one-to-one mentoring from one of our experienced Maintenance Fitters.
