CNM Patient Flow
The post holder will lead a team of of patient Flow Coordinators who will facilitate the flow of paitents through the Hospital. In conjunction with all the members of the multidisciplinary team, the post holder will be required to manage the admission/transfer of all patients within the hospital and facilitate early discharge. The post holder is a member of a team whose responsibility is to ensure efficient use of beds within the hospital, which will require, in a proactive way the ability to balance demand for an acceptable level of clinical activity with a fluctuating emergency admission rate. Cork. Minimum Education & Skills required A degree or equivalent in a management/business Full, driving licence with 2 years' experience is essential. Work Experience Minimum of 3 + years management experience in a similar role is desirable. Experience of managing diverse business models is essential. Experience of working in a sales focused training environment. Experience in managing, leading and developing a multidisciplinary team - strong people management skills are essential. Derivation and execution of effective measures to sustainably realise specific and superordinate sales strategies; continuous exchange with Sales Director/HQ on sales strategy, area/district performance, overall target achievement, change progress and human relations. Assure consistent transparency on corporate strategy, process demands as well as corporate values and ethics across assigned area/district by exchange with Sales Director / HQ. Clinical Placement Coordinator, Student Allocation Liaison Officer
The successful candidate will provide guidance and support to nursing students in assigned clinical areas to ensure that the clinical placements meet the requirement of the education programme, with regard to planned experience and outcomes.
