Retail Assistant

In this role you will be the face of The Range delivering great service and promoting The Range as a unique one-stop shopping experience. What are we looking for? Previous knowledge of and experience in addressing long term, social and economic unemployment factors and barriers, that may present themselves, such as Mental health, Addiction, homelessness, literacy, lack of confidence, motivation and routine, as well as factors such as, generational differences and personal circumstances. Excellent influential and persuasion skills to constructively confront client barriers. Operational experience working in a client facing environment delivering a professional ‘people’ service end to end. Be fully IT literate in using a range of Microsoft Office programmes.
Customer Assistant

(*there’s no such thing as ‘normal’ in retail but we’ve tried our best!)As a Customer Assistant you are required to sell alcohol, therefore you must be 18 or over to work in our store.
