This role will report into the Head of the CoE for BI and Data Analytics and will be responsible for maintenance and enhancement of the SAP technologies that support financial planning and similar processes at Glanbia. The SAP planning applications lead will also play a key technical architecture role in the on-going multi-year programme to systemise the financial planning processes across the organisation. The analyst will monitor, analyse, and report on the financial performance of SG&A expenses for the business primarily focussed on people costs, other G&A costs, intercompany recharges, and other SG&A expenses. This role is critical in driving financial insight and strategic decision-making across SG&A initiatives. The role will provide financial input into budgeting and forecasting cycles to ensure SG&A costs are appropriately planned for. This role comprises of two main elements. Firstly the Support Worker is responsible for all aspects of personal care required during the day. This includes supporting individuals with their meals, personal hygiene and other related aspects of physical well-being, to the extent required by the individual.
