Rosderra Farms are seeking to employ a Maintenance Fitter for its Pig Production site on one of our farms in the midlands. The main duties responsibilities include: Installing and repairing ventilation, feed & water systems Repair and replacement of water, feed pumps and augers Carrying out regular maintenance of equipment, implementing a preventative maintenance programme Requirements Applicants are required to have a minimum of 3 years Maintenance Fitter experience Salary & Working Hours etc The salary for this position is €34,000 per annum reflecting the importance of the position as well as level of experience. Key Responsibilities and Duties: · Dealing with customers queries, ensuring customer retention and maintaining customer satisfaction · Dealing with transactions including cash management · Inventory management and stock control · Merchandising · Developing a working knowledge of the Core system · Adhoc tasks, duties and projects as required Qualifications and Skills: · Previous retail / sales experience in Agri, DIY & Hardware, Paint and / or Gardening an advantage, training will be provided · Strong customer service skills · Strong communication skills · An ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team · Good computer skills · Drive and willingness to be flexible · Desirable knowledge of the agricultural sector
