The Finance Business Partner will report to the Management Accountant and will contribute to the effective and smooth operation of the College through the provision of a dedicated business and finance support service to Faculties and Functional Areas. In particular, the post-holder will provide expertise, advice and direct support to Senior Curriculum and other Managers in areas including budgetary control and financial management, preparation of a range of Business Cases, Projects, Bids, Appraisals and Post Project Evaluations. Student Engagment Mentor
As part of the Student Experience team, your role will be vital in helping our students achieve their full potential through maximising their attendance, and the opportunities presented to them in the learning environment. The main focus of the Student Engagement Mentor is to assist those students who may be at risk of not succeeding in their course, either due to non-attendance or other pastoral issues. You will be expected to use a raft of unobtrusive intervention strategies to help bring these students back on track and help them get the best possible personal outcomes. You will also be the point of contact on each campus for Student Services, providing a key signposting function to help students overcome learning barriers.

Animal Management Technician
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced individual to join our animal management team here at Northern Regional College. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the delivery of the college’s animal management courses at both NRC Magherafelt and Coleraine campuses. The role involves preparing practical sessions, supporting delivery of animal handling and theory sessions, maintaining animal welfare standards and caring for a range of small animals (e.g. rabbits, guinea pigs, small rodents, fish etc.).
