Warehouse Supervisor Location: Craigavon Durations: Permanent Hours: 40 hours per week Salary: Competitive Business Unit : Clinical Services Open To : Internal & External Applicants Ref No.: HRJOB11550 The Role The Warehouse function is responsible for all material receipt, handling and storage procedures including the picking and processing of work orders, material move orders and all other material requests. It includes the effective execution of drug return, accountability and material destruction processes in line with customer requirements (inventory transactions may also be required for the Dundalk site). The post holder is responsible for supporting the Warehouse Manager in the day to day management of Warehouse function, supervising staff to ensure compliance with cGMP and health and safety requirements. Materials are to be managed, controlled and made available in an efficient manner in order to meet customer requirements. The inventory management systems will be operated as per existing procedures; all transactions must be made in an accurate and timely fashion thus ensuring stock accuracy and control is maintained at all times. Key Requirements · Have eligibility to work in the UK/IE OR possess a valid work permit that will allow you to take up full time employment in the UK/IE · Degree (or equivalent) OR · Experience operating in a Supervisory or People Management type role · Working experience in an Operational type environment e.g. Warehouse, Production, Distribution, Manufacturing (For further information on essential and desirable criteria, please refer to the job description attached to the online job posting.)
