Operate the batching plant safely to provide quality concrete to precast factories as efficiently as possible for the maximum time in the production day Hours of work: (12hr Shift Pattern) 4-day week Mon, Tues, Fri & Sat (6am – 6pm with Saturday being 6am – 5pm) and 3-day week Tues-Thurs (6am – 6pm).
