What you will do General Maintenance Duties – To perform general maintenance duties in the residential service such as but not limited to. To maintain and repair equipment, fixtures, and service the building & external property promptly and efficiently to a high finish standard. To recognise and advise local management as appropriate where external professionals are required to repair fixtures & equipment. To meet regularly with local service management to identify and agree work schedule and identify priority issues. To ensure Health and Safety standards are maintained and appropriate regulations are always in place. To work as part of the overall residential team. To provide value for money around maintenance. To liaise closely with outside contractors and professionals in a professional manner. To monitor the annual service contracts ensuring work is completed promptly and within appropriate standards. To ensure fire safety regulations and requirements are in place and up to date. Who we are looking for. A minimum of 1 years’ previous experience in similarly focused role. QQI in Horticulture advantageous but not essential. Good interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written. Computer literate. In possession of the necessary documentation to work and live in Ireland. Ability to speak and write English fluently. Desire for personal and professional development. Principal Building Control Surveyor
MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB To be responsible to the Regulatory Services Manager for the management, planning and delivery of the Building Control function across the district to ensure an efficient and effective Regulatory Service, which meets corporate strategic aims and objectives. To represent Fermanagh and Omagh District Council on regional specialist groups to ensure sharing of best practice and consistency of approach to service delivery and enforcement. To be responsible to the Regulatory Services Manager for developing, supporting and monitoring staff in all Building Control and associated function activities to ensure operational performance and continuous improvement in service delivery is achieved.

Location : 48-50 Above Bar Street, Southampton, SO14 7DS. Contract Offered : Full-time, permanent Working Hours / Shifts : 8.20am to 5pm, alternating weekly between a Monday to Friday and Tuesday to Saturday shift pattern. These shifts are subject to change. For this position, as you may be in contact with live blood samples, you must be vaccinated against Hepatitis B or be able to get it following a successful interview stage. In line with Care Quality Commission guidelines, the successful candidate will be required to undergo an enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service check. This role is responsible for ensuring customers have an excellent experience from the moment they enter our clinic, taking blood samples from both private and corporate clients. This is a varied role that may also include the following responsibilities: • Conduct comprehensive client appointments, including blood and urine sample collection, personal health measurements, and data entry into our Patient Information Systems (PIS). • Demonstrate sensitive communication to ensure client understanding and consent. • Maintain accurate records in PIS, uploading all relevant documentation. • Represent the company professionally at offsite events and appointments. • Engage in upselling and cross-selling at our private health clinic. • Proactively drive sales and exceed targets. • Complete company forms, specimen labelling, and laboratory test order forms accurately. • Demonstrate high IT literacy in order to manager various software systems and daily tasks. Essential criteria: • Previous Phlebotomy experience and certificate or equivalent training. • Confident using IT programmes. • Flexibility with working hours, as required by the business inclusive of evenings and weekends. • Flexibility to work from offsite locations at least once per month. • Excellent communication skills. • Currently have the right to work in the UK without visa sponsorship. Desirable: • Experience in a private healthcare setting. • Exeperience in customer service. • 2 years experience in Phlebotomy. • Sales / Retail experience. • Valid UK driving licence.
