Position Summary: This HR Coordinator position is responsible for the all round coordination of the HR function including sourcing, attracting and selection of talent for the organisation, Learning and development, onboarding, answering HR queries, upholding policies and procedures etc. This is a full-time permanent role that reports into the Human Resource Manager and Deputy CEO. The ideal candidate for the role will be located or have the ability to travel into the office based in Dublin 2. The Suitable Candidate Will: · Advertise vacancies on all relevant recruitment platforms and research new opportunities for advertisements. · Assist in the drawing up and issuing of paperwork, contracts of employment, offer letters, probation notices, changes to terms and condition letters, etc. · Monitoring applications and liaising with IT to maintain an easily accessible folder with all applications for managers to review. · Screen CVs and assist with the interview process. · Developing a sustainable recruitment strategy based on our goals and objectives. · Communicating with Hiring Managers regarding their recruitment needs. · Respond to all recruitment queries, internal and external. · Schedule and coordinate interviews, to include interview panels and ensure all relevant documentation is distributed accordingly. · Be the first point of contact for new starters in the organisation. · Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of any changes to legislation relating to employment. · Engage with webinars and learning opportunities and report back to management regarding the most up to date best practices relating to workplace diversity. Requirements: · At least 3 years’ experience in a similar working environment. · Relevant third-level qualification is desirable. · Excellent organisational, analytical and problem-solving skills. · Excellent communication, interpersonal and relationship-building skills. · Excellent MS Office skills. · Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently. · Good organisational and time-management skills. · To participate on forums/working groups/committees as required. · Promote a culture which is supportive of excellent service delivery and meets Tuath Housing’s vision, mission, and values.  · To positively promote a sustainable organisation, helping to reduce our environmental impact and participate in sustainable initiatives across Tuath Housing.
