The NPI Project Group coordinates all aspects of customer projects through new product introduction, before transferring to the Client Management team for routine supply. As NPI Project Manager , you will coordinate and lead multiple new projects from initiation through to completion. You will be the key point of contact, and be responsible for ensuring successful delivery of key milestones for a portfolio of projects. You will lead the project team to ensure goals are achieved, monitor for accountability, and maintain successful management of project team members and stakeholders. You will liaise and work closely with the multidisciplinary team across the wider Almac Pharma Services business. Key areas of focus will be Client Experience, Management & Leadership, Project Management and Cost Management. Group Change is the centre of excellence that leads the Bank’s change and transformation agenda, ensuring successful execution of changes and transformation programmes and playing a leading role in the execution of the Bank’s overall strategic objectives. Within Group Change, the Enterprise Architecture & Design team is responsible for translating strategic plans into implementable initiatives and ensuring that all change is designed correctly at both an individual program level and enterprise-wide level in line with the Bank’s strategy. The Senior Lean Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering Lean strategies, collaborating with stakeholders to define an enterprise-wide process architecture, implement process improvements and fostering a culture of continuous improvement throughout the organisation. The Lean Senior Manager, will be responsible for: Providing Lean expertise as an SME across all change initiatives and also at an enterprise-wide level as part of the Enterprise Architecture blueprints. Leading and developing a team of Lean practitioners, prioritising purpose driven leadership, development, recognition and team performance. Applying forensic focus on value creation and realisation, using OKR (Objectives & Key Results) methodologies to engage with senior business stakeholders to define lean transformation objectives and subsequently drive the transformation to realise benefits across customer satisfaction, employee engagement, reduction in lead times, cost reduction and more Leading deep process analysis, process observation and capacity analysis through value stream mapping to improve enterprise wide process performance. Identifying the best tooling and technologies that can be adopted to support enterprise process management and being the ambassador to embed the technology in the business. The role is fast paced and requires the candidate to effectively prioritise and pivot between tasks depending on the demands of the day, including requests from Group Change, Sponsors, ELT or the Regulator. The role requires excellent written and verbal communication skills, involving frequent presentations to senior internal stakeholders and representing the Bank with third parties. Music Generation/Musician Educator
Music Generation Cavan/Monaghan is a performance music education service in Counties Cavan and Monaghan that provides opportunities for children and young people to access a range of high quality, subsidised vocal and instrumental tuition in their local area. Music Generation Cavan/Monaghan is part of the national programme of Music Generation, which was Initiated by Music Network. Music Generation is co-funded by U2, The Ireland Funds, the Department of Education and Youth and Local Music Education Partnerships (LMEPs). Music Generation Cavan/Monaghan is managed locally by Cavan and Monaghan Education and Training Board (CMETB) and Monaghan and Cavan County Councils. CMETB, as lead partner for Music Generation Cavan/Monaghan, now wishes to recruit suitably qualified and experienced Musicians / Musician Educators to join its panel to deliver the following programmes: 1. Early Years Programme (ages 2-5) A responsive early years’ music-making programme that places creative exploration of meaningful music-making at its core. 2. Schools Programme (ages 5-18) A dynamic and inclusive musicianship programme, which will include the voice as the main instrument for primary schools. Instrumental provision features as part of our programme: this includes various genres of music for both primary & secondary schools 3. Community Music Programme (ages 7-18) A dynamic, multi-genre programme in hubs with structured weekly tuition on various instruments & genres building skills to enable ensemble opportunities for creating and performing. Music Technology programmes will also feature, to address young people’s needs. 4. Inclusive Programme (ages 5-18) An inclusive and progressive music-making programme for children and young people with additional educational needs-including Autism and Asperger’s. This programme will be delivered in schools and in community settings. Musicians / Musician Educators will work with children and young people in group contexts and may work on one or more programmes at any given time. Musician Educators may be required to deliver programmes in person and/or online, as required. Tuition, Meetings and Professional Development The role of a Musician Educator working on Music Generation programmes will require: · delivery of high-quality performance music education (in person and/or online, as required). · attendance at and engagement with Continuing Professional Development and training. · participation in planning and other such meetings as required by the Music Development Officer. · any other reasonable duties as may be determined from time to time. The Musician Educator role will require: · collaboration as a member of the Musician Educator team on the creation of programmes. · creation of online content to support the delivery of work. Driver
Our Recycling Business Unit currently has a need for an RCV Driver on a permanent basis. The role will be based in Bord na Mona Recycling Navan and will report to the Depot Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving and operating hook and chain trucks collecting skips from BNM Recycling customers as required. Also includes from time to time the collection of wheelie bin waste from customers, through driving an RCV (refuse collection vehicle) with helpers emptying bins on designated routes.
