The role of the Multitask Attendant (MTA) is to work as part of a team in the delivery of high quality, person centred direct and indirect care to patients/ residents/ service users, under the direction of qualified nursing/other designated officer. To provide direct and indirect day-to-day care for residents. You will work alongside an experienced team of Social Care Workers and Care Assistants , across both full‑time and part‑time roles, supporting residents to maintain independence, choice, and community inclusion. Working hours will be variable including day shifts, sleepovers, weekends, and unsociable hours.
