Meath. The service also supports a small number of individuals in their family home. Supports are provided in the home and in other community settings as required e.g. attending therapy and medical appointments . The post holder will have responsibility to manage and co-ordinate the delivery of the support services. This includes managing a team of staff to deliver the service on a 24/7 basis.
