Sales Operations Manager

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Operations Manager to support the day-to-day effectiveness of our global sales organization. In this role, you'll help maintain operational excellence across our sales workflows, data systems, reporting tools, and cross-functional projects. You’ll partner closely with Sales, Finance, and Revenue Operations to drive process consistency, ensure data integrity in Salesforce, and support ongoing initiatives that improve visibility and efficiency for our go-to-market teams. Expectations: Sales Process & Systems Support Assist in maintaining end-to-end sales workflows to ensure opportunities move smoothly through the pipeline. Flag blockers, data inconsistencies, or process breakdowns in daily sales activity for resolution. Perform routine Salesforce data quality checks and help maintain consistency of custom fields and automations. Collaborate with Salesforce Admins to support light configuration and process refinement. Reporting & Analytics Generate and maintain dashboards and reports to provide visibility into pipeline health, sales performance, and deal progress. Monitor key sales metrics to identify performance trends or gaps. Support ad hoc data pulls, analysis, and KPI tracking using Salesforce and other internal tools. Cross-Functional Operations Work closely with Sales, Finance, and RevOps to support tasks such as deal tracking, opportunity updates, and sales documentation. Assist in the execution of sales programs and initiatives including new process rollouts, training updates, or compensation adjustments. Maintain documentation related to workflows, systems, and key program changes. Project Management & Communication Help track and coordinate projects by maintaining timelines, task lists, and project plans under the direction of the Sales Ops Director. Schedule and coordinate team meetings, take notes, and follow up on action items. Assist in drafting internal communications for process/tool changes or program updates. Support enablement efforts by preparing content such as FAQs, one-pagers, or internal guides for the sales team. Requirements: 3–6 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Business Operations. Proficient in Salesforce CRM; experience with reporting, dashboards, and data maintenance required. Strong organizational skills and a high level of attention to detail. Comfortable working with data and performing light analysis in spreadsheets or BI tools. Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to clearly convey updates and priorities Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate across teams. The Quota and Incentive Compensation Manager will play a critical role in shaping and sustaining the performance culture within the Global Connectivity Division. This individual will be responsible for designing and managing sales quotas, developing incentive compensation plans, and ensuring accurate, transparent commission payouts. In this role, you’ll work closely with Sales Leadership, Finance, and Salesforce Admins to ensure that plans are aligned with revenue targets, sales rhythms, and strategic goals across Ookla, Ekahau, and EMAPTA teams. Key Responsibilities: Quota Planning & Management Design and deliver global, regional, and individual quota models by segment, sub-region, and Sales Director. Develop annual “strawman” quota models to establish sales baselines and drive revenue planning. Maintain integrity and adaptability in quota frameworks to account for real-time account transitions and organizational changes. Incentive Compensation Program Development Build annual compensation plans that align with sales objectives, revenue targets, and behavioral drivers. Partner with Salesforce Admins to implement quotas and ensure monthly reporting reflects the mechanics of the plan accurately. Calculate monthly commissions, manage incentive payout models, and provide finance with timely accruals and transaction-level reporting. Sales Analytics & Operational Support Lead account and territory management efforts — including the impact of account changes on quotas and performance baselines. Track and analyze KPIs to assess sales performance and incentive effectiveness. Respond to individual sales team commission inquiries with clear, timely information. Process & Program Development Develop and enforce standards of performance, rules of engagement, and account management best practices. Support the creation of global account programs and other scalable processes to ensure clarity, consistency, and momentum across the sales organization. Requirements: Proven experience in sales operations, finance, or compensation planning, preferably in a high-growth B2B or SaaS environment. Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, model performance scenarios, and forecast compensation impacts. Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred), Excel/Google Sheets, and BI/reporting tools. Exceptional attention to detail, integrity in financial calculations, and the ability to manage confidential information. We are seeking an experienced Payroll Coordinator to join our team and manage the day-to-day payroll operations for Ziff Davis employees in the EMEA region. The Payroll Coordinator will collaborate with and assist the EMEA Payroll manager in maintaining a seamless payroll function. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Process and manage the payroll for all employees, ensuring timely and accurate payment of salaries and benefits. Ensure compliance with local labor laws and tax regulations. Collaborate with HR to update payroll information related to new hires, terminations, promotions, and salary changes. Prepare and submit reports related to payroll, taxes, deductions, and other financial obligations. Assist in resolving payroll-related inquiries and discrepancies in a timely and efficient manner. Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive payroll information. Manage and reconcile payroll-related accounts, ensuring accurate postings to financial systems. Coordinate with external payroll providers as necessary for specific regions and countries. Stay informed about changes in payroll-related legislation and compliance requirements. REQUIREMENTS 3+ years of experience in payroll coordination, payroll processing, or a similar role. Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or related field experience in lieu of degree. Knowledge of payroll systems and tax regulations for the EMEA region. Strong attention to detail and accuracy with the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information. Experience working with global payroll platforms.
