In this role you will be responsible for employee supervision of health and safety in the warehouse, ensuring accuracy of goods location and that all delivery procedures are followed accurately. You must have excellent communication skills and be able to work in a high volume, fast moving warehouse. You will continually ensure that warehouse space and planned delivery schedules are compatible. The ideal applicant will have a minimum of 12 months experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or experience in a similar role. HSE Mid-West includes all hospital, community healthcare and public health services in the region. The post holder will take a lead role in the management and delivery of Employee Relations functions and will provide HR expertise, support and advice to staff and managers. They will promote and foster positive Industrial Relations/Employee Relations in relation to their area of responsibility, encompassing both managerial and administrative responsibilities. The post holder will also have direct reporting relationships within the HR Department as assigned. The post holder will be required to advise employees on best practice processes in HR-related issues in line with HSE HR policies, protocols and procedures and keep abreast of changes in employment legislation.
