Helpdesk Operator

Reporting to the Technical Services Manager, this is a key role as the Technical Services Helpdesk is the hub of communication for the reporting and monitoring of accommodation faults and issues. Your role will involve handling requests via phone and the fault reporting system from guests or colleagues relating to faults / issues with accommodation. Clinical Scientist, Remote
Randox Genomics Services Group require an experienced Clinical Scientist to work with the existing team reporting genomic test results and developing new NGS tests. The person must be registered with HCPC [Health and Care Professions Council UK] as a Clinical Scientist. The main purpose of this post is to review and approve clinical interpretative reports, assist in development of new tests, help develop automated reporting systems and assist with other R&D projects. In addition, the person will be expected to provide expert genetic and genomics advice to sales and marketing teams and staff at the Randox Health Clinics. The current genomic tests offered include but are not limited to: Hereditary Cancer NGS genes panel [113 genes] – including cancer virtual panels ie HBOC Hereditary Cardiac NGS genes panel [174 genes] – including cardiac virtual panels ie FH Nutrigenomics and Lifestyle – Infinium array based Gut microbiome - NGS Genomics panels in development: Human Exomes - NGS Human Genomes - NGS Randox has ISO 15189 accredited genomic sequencing facility at the Randox Clinical Laboratory Services unit at the Randox Science Park in Antrim, UK.
