This is more than a job — it’s a structured pathway to becoming a qualified Pharmacy Technician. ✨ About the Apprenticeship This is a two-year, full-time Pharmacy Services Level 3 apprenticeship delivered in partnership with Belfast Met. It combines structured college learning with hands-on experience in a busy pharmacy environment. You will work alongside experienced pharmacy professionals while developing the technical knowledge, confidence, and professional behaviours required to succeed in the pharmacy sector. Successful completion leads to: • A nationally recognised Level 3 qualification • Eligibility for professional registration as a Pharmacy Technician • Strong foundations for career progression within pharmacy 🎓 What You’ll Learn Throughout the programme, you will develop the practical and professional skills required to perform safely and effectively in a pharmacy setting, including: • Dispensing and pharmaceutical procedures • Patient care and pharmacy operations • Professional attitudes and workplace behaviours • Communication and teamwork • Organisation and time management • Regulatory and industry knowledge You will complete the Level 3 Pharmacy Services qualification alongside essential skills training, supported both in college and in the workplace. 💼 Work Placement Pathway This apprenticeship follows the community pharmacy pathway. Applicants must secure employment within a community pharmacy in Northern Ireland prior to starting the programme.
