Goods Inward consisting of: - Unloading pallets of stock - checking all paperwork and raising queries with Management and Suppliers and storing away with accuracy and efficiency. - Storing and rotating stock according to established procedures. - Reporting damaged or missing goods to Management. Goods Outward consisting o f: - Picking and packing orders for despatch with accuracy and within time specifications. - Loading goods/ pallets/ totes on to delivery vehicles ensuring that all paperwok ia present and correct. - Preparing goods for dispatch with all associated paperwork. General Warehouse duties: - Stock taking and communicating with Manager when stocks are low/dated/damaged. - Following workplace Health and Safety regulations when using handling goods by hand/ pallet truck/forklift. - Dealing with delivery drivers on a daily basis (both internal and external). - Ensuring warehouse is clean and tidy. ** Must be willing to undertake Fork Lift Truck Training as part of this role** This is a physically demanding role and a good level of fitness is required. Driving Company vehicles as and when required is also a requirement of this role.
Learning Support Assistant
The Learning Support Assistant will have responsibility for providing additional learning support to students with learning difficulties and/or disabilities. They will be required to undertake a range of tasks associated with supporting learners on a range of full time and part time courses, this may include working one-on-one in a small group within a classroom supporting students with their education and social development. A Learning Support Assistant provides support to students who have a learning difficulty and/or disability such as specific literacy difficulties, Autism or Asperger’s Syndrome, mental health difficulties or mobility difficulties. The Learning Support Mentor will provide support, motivation, and guidance to help students overcome obstacles to their learning which may include learning difficulties and/or disabilities, family issues, mental health problems or a lack of confidence. IT Factory Projects Coordinator
We are currently seeking an IT Factory Projects Coordinator to support the next phases of our ERP system rollout. We have implemented Infor Syteline (CloudSuite Industrial), with phases 1 and 2—focused on office operations—already complete. This role will play a key part in the implementation of phases 3 and 4, which focus on our factory operations. The primary objective is the deployment of Factory Track, Infor’s solution for shop floor, stores, and quality management. This role will also explore and implement opportunities to digitalise factory processes, improve data visibility, and enhance overall operational efficiency. Responsibilities: Project management of Factory Track Shop Floor Implementation Identify, trial, and establish the most efficient workflows using the system. Scope and document any system modifications needed to optimise performance. Design and implement BarTender labels for product tracking. Conduct thorough system testing with pilot users and stakeholders. Set up Factory Track terminals and configure user accounts on shop floor systems. Provide user training and ongoing support for Moore Concrete staff. Train managers to analyse data and identify trends to inform decision-making. Create data views and dashboards to ensure transparent information sharing. Plan and implement time-tracking functionality using Factory Track. Establish infrastructure to enable accurate, efficient production timing. Ensure a seamless transition during each “go-live” phase. Configure factory displays and dashboards for real-time, visual data updates. Propose and implement continuous improvement initiatives for digital systems. Any other duties, within reason and capability as agreed with the Digitalisation Manager. Additional Projects: Implement serial tracking for civils products within Syteline, eliminating the need for spreadsheets. Deploy Warehouse Mobility within Factory Track to manage stock receipts and issues; set up barcode systems for shelving. Implement the Syteline Quality Module: develop processes, input data, and train staff. Set up the Maintenance Module: configure processes, input data, and train staff. Develop and roll out the Service Module for installation jobs: input data and train users. Provide holiday cover for the wider digitalisation/Syteline team. Carry out other duties as reasonably requested by the Digitalisation Manager Essential Criteria: Strong IT skills, particularly Microsoft Excel. Logical understanding of databases and software tables. Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach. Effective training and communication skills. Highly organised with strong attention to detail. Commercial awareness and the ability to work professionally with internal teams. Purpose of Position: The Director of Quality and Institutional Effectiveness (QIE) leads the strategic development and operational delivery of quality assurance and enhancement activities across the College. Reporting to the Registrar, this role is central to ensuring the institution meets its obligations under the Quality and Qualifications Ireland (QQI) statutory framework and adheres to national and European standards for higher education quality. This role supports effective institutional decision-making by overseeing data-driven initiatives that enhance programme quality, the quality of the NCI learner experience and organizational effectiveness. The Director will promote a culture of continuous quality improvement, academic excellence, and institutional accountability.
