We are seeking an experienced Payroll Coordinator to join our team and manage the day-to-day payroll operations for Ziff Davis employees in the EMEA region. The Payroll Coordinator will collaborate with and assist the EMEA Payroll manager in maintaining a seamless payroll function. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Process and manage the payroll for all employees, ensuring timely and accurate payment of salaries and benefits. Ensure compliance with local labor laws and tax regulations. Collaborate with HR to update payroll information related to new hires, terminations, promotions, and salary changes. Prepare and submit reports related to payroll, taxes, deductions, and other financial obligations. Assist in resolving payroll-related inquiries and discrepancies in a timely and efficient manner. Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive payroll information. Manage and reconcile payroll-related accounts, ensuring accurate postings to financial systems. Coordinate with external payroll providers as necessary for specific regions and countries. Stay informed about changes in payroll-related legislation and compliance requirements. REQUIREMENTS 3+ years of experience in payroll coordination, payroll processing, or a similar role. Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or related field experience in lieu of degree. Knowledge of payroll systems and tax regulations for the EMEA region. Strong attention to detail and accuracy with the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information. Experience working with global payroll platforms. Ability to communicate effectively with employees, management, and external stakeholders. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under tight deadlines.
