First Year Apprentice Vacancy We are seeking an enthusiastic new team member for our sales team to take part in the Sales Apprenticeship Programme. This is a structured 2-year programme resulting in a level 6 degree and 2 years real world experience. This course combines practical, on-the-job experience and formal off-the-job learning, giving apprentices a comprehensive understanding of sales and customer engagement. Sales Apprentice Training & Development The apprenticeship is delivered through a blended learning approach, including: • On-the-job training within the workplace, where apprentices will learn practical sales skills in a real business environment • Off-the-job learning delivered by the Education and Training Board (ETB), consisting of: Online classes Face-to-face workshops Apprentices will be released from their normal work duties, where required, to attend all scheduled online learning and in-person training sessions.
