This includes responsibility for the management of staffing, budgets, and the provision of the highest standards of care and support to the adults using the services. This will consist of planning, developing, managing, and reviewing services in line with the identified needs in the area and aligned to Enable Ireland’s Strategic Plan and model of service delivery. The Adult Day Services Manager with Nursing Duties will be responsible for ensuring compliance with all relevant standards and the implementation of Enable Ireland policies and procedures, ensuring that services are person-centred and in line with best practice ensuring a high standard of clinical care is maintained. The Adult Day Services Manager with Nursing Duties will line manage and provide support and supervision and ensure appropriate training is delivered to the staff team across the service locations assigned.
