Role: Community Manager Contracts Available: Permanent Full-Time 78/78 (78 hours fortnightly) Location: Shannon, Co. Clare The role of a Community Manager The purpose of this position is to provide efficient and effective management and co-ordination of service delivery within the designated area of responsibility in accordance with Corlann policies, procedures and guidelines. The Community Manager will ensure the day to day management of the Services in their area reflects the ethos and vision of Corlann Services, and will foster and promote this vision in their relationships with Individuals supported by the Service, their families, staff members, and the wider community. The Community Manager will be responsible for the development and overall management of their Services, which will include a wide range of day and residential services for adults with intellectual disabilities in local community settings. The Community Manager will liaise and provide overall leadership to Co-Ordinators, Team Leaders and Staff Members. The Community Manager has a pivotal role in ensuring that the day to day operations reflect the ethos and vision of Corlann services Clare and that the needs of individuals are being met. Purpose of the role The Building Systems Manager will be responsible for the management, optimisation, and integration of key operational systems across a digitally enabled hospital estate. This includes CAFM systems, API-driven platforms supporting real-time monitoring, automation, compliance, and performance reporting working alongside the BMS Engineer. A core responsibility of the role is to ensure the integrity, accuracy, and governance of building and asset data across all systems, recognising this as critical to operational efficiency, compliance assurance, and informed decision-making.
