The Head of Human Resources (post holder) will be responsible for the Human Resources Function of the BOCSI South East Region, the leadership of this function and the management of the staff members that comprise this function. The post holder will be responsible for the distribution and implementation of HR and related policies to ensure that the BOCSI South East Region complies with National BOCS Ireland Policies and procedures, all statutory employment and associated law, both National and European. He/she will be responsible for managing all HR related activities in the Brothers of Charity Services Ireland South East Region and will participate in and lead, as appropriate, organisational change programmes while continually striving to improve service delivery. The post holder must ensure value for money at all times. The post holder will, in conjunction with the National Head of Human Resources and the HR Team, provide leadership and expertise in the area of performance management, succession planning, strategic resourcing and culture change.
