The role The International Propositions Executive will lead the development of product marketing materials, showcasing capability in key sectors to promote Northern Ireland as an inward investment location. Leading a team, you will help support our overseas teams to pitch Northern Ireland’s strengths and capabilities and ensure successful delivery against objectives. The candidate You will have: 1. Recent extensive experience in developing international messaging which has helped deliver improved results or successful outcomes. 2. Recent experience of exploiting and analysing data or market research to successfully deliver results. 3. Recent experience of effectively managing people to deliver team goals. 4. Experience of using strong customer focussed relationships with key customers or stakeholders to advance strategic objectives and deliver mutually beneficial results. 5. Experience of working collaboratively to deliver innovative and customer centric solutions that delivered positive results for an organisation and its customers. 6. Possess a full current driving licence and access to a motor vehicle. Treatment Coordinator
This role of the Treatment Coordinator (TCO) is to ensure the Patient has a smooth and positive experience when visiting the Practice from when they enter, throughout treatment and aftercare. TCOs manage appointments, support with coordinating treatment plans, answer patient questions and support with related administration. We are looking for an Intensive Family Support Worker to work directly with families in their homes to provide them with emotional and practical support so they can confidently manage everyday life. This role includes flexible out of hours visits. Main Duties and Responsibilities: Provide guidance and encouragement to parents, promoting the development of effective parenting skills through modelling and support. Assist families in establishing consistent daily routines (e.g., mealtimes, bedtimes, homework) and in managing children’s behaviour constructively. To work with children and families to address multiple and complex needs, improving family resilience and strengthening their connections Deliver interventions aimed at achieving measurable, positive outcomes for families, and regularly evaluate progress. Manage a small caseload of families, providing home visiting support for up to 12 weeks, tailored to individual needs. Participate actively in case reviews, planning meetings, and multidisciplinary team discussions to ensure coordinated and effective support.
