Our staff are at the heart of everything we do and achieve. We have an exciting new career opportunity for a Phlebotomist within our clinic in Liverpool. Location : Randox Health, Ground Floor Unit, Exchange Station, Tithebarn Street, Liverpool, L2 2QP. Contract Offered : Full-time, permanent Working Hours / Shifts : 40 hours per week contract, alternating between Monday to Friday and Tuesday to Saturday. Exact hours are 7.40am to 4.20pm, Monday and Saturday and 6.40am to 3.20pm Tuesday & Friday and 10.20am to 7pm on Wednesday and Thursday. Hours are subject to change. For this position, as you may be in contact with live blood samples, you must be vaccinated against Hepatitis B or be able to get it following a successful interview stage. In line with Care Quality Commission guidelines, the successful candidate will be required to undergo an enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service check. This role is responsible for ensuring customers have an excellent experience from the moment they enter our clinic, taking blood samples from both private and corporate clients. This is a varied role that may also include the following responsibilities: • Conduct comprehensive client appointments, including blood and urine sample collection, personal health measurements, and data entry into our Patient Information Systems (PIS). • Demonstrate sensitive communication to ensure client understanding and consent. • Maintain accurate records in PIS, uploading all relevant documentation. • Represent the company professionally at offsite events and appointments. • Engage in upselling and cross-selling at our private health clinic. • Proactively drive sales and exceed targets. • Complete company forms, specimen labelling, and laboratory test order forms accurately. • Demonstrate high IT literacy in order to manager various software systems and daily tasks. Essential criteria: • Previous Phlebotomy experience and certificate or equivalent training. • Confident using IT programmes. • Flexibility with working hours, as required by the business inclusive of evenings and weekends. • Flexibility to work from offsite locations at least once per month. • Currently have the right to work in the UK without visa sponsorship Desirable: • Experience in a private healthcare setting. • Exeperience in customer service. • 2 years experience in Phlebotomy. • Sales / Retail experience. • Valid UK driving licence

The successful candidate will be a key part of our distribution team and will work in line with our Company values at all times. Main Accountabilities Assist with vehicle loading and offloading – ensure all products are wrapped and labelled before loading, assist with vehicle loading ensuring correct products are loaded and secured, and unload vehicles efficiently while safely taking care of products. Support the Warehouse Management team and assist the Distribution team on vehicle standards, rubbish and product security. Assist with the receipt, storage, and dispatch of products. Assist with all aspects of stock, ensuring accurate stock movement. Responsible for maintaining consistently high standards throughout Duncrue complex including standards in warehouses, maintaining plants, locks, reporting issues, de-icing etc. Maintain standards of health and safety and security in the work environment. Report any faults, near misses and hazards. Main purpose of job The postholder will be responsible for providing legal support to the Ombudsman, Deputy Ombudsman, the NIPSO SMT and NIPSO operational teams to ensure that NIPSO delivers its statutory functions and responsibilities across a range of areas including public and administrative law, freedom of information, data protection and employment law. This will include providing strategic advice, liaison with external solicitors or counsel when required, acting as the NIPSO Data Protection Officer, providing support to the Ombudsman in her role as the Northern Ireland Local Government Commissioner for Standards and fulfilling the role of team manager for the NIPSO legal team.
