To provide a lead role on shift to ensure that a quality service is delivered at all times. To Source relevant and appropriate information for members either for their interest or to support them in self-advocacy endeavours. Examples of these information types include the IWA’s Access Guidelines, the Operation Sign-Up campaign, details on the mobility grant allowance and matters relating to parking cards.
