You are able to lift the mood of those around you and can inspire others to look for ways to improve their own performance. You are naturally receptive of the needs of others and are always looking for new ways to exceed expectations and delight customers. You are always respectful, even when under pressure, and are able to confidently suggest ways to improve. An expert in customer recovery and delivery of feel-good moments. The ability to maintain high energy levels whilst working both efficiently and productively is essential. Quite simply, you'll be working in our fast moving, high energy environment and we’re looking for a genuine smile, enthusiasm, energy, plus an ability to connect with customers and make them feel valued.
