The Bridge House Hotel has an exciting opportunity for an Experienced Night Porter to join their existing team. Responsibilities: · To work closely with Reception and carry out any request that they may have in relation to customer needs. · If you are monitoring the main door at night, ensure all Guests show their room card prior to gaining entry into the late bar. · To serve the late bar for residents. · Complete cashing up procedure as per training provided. · Check in any late arriving guests · Take walk in room reservations where possible, take full payment and credit card details. · To clean and ensure the lobby and surround areas where Guest are, are left clean and tidy · To answer the calls on Reception where possible, if away from the desk always divert calls to mobile. · To carry out fire walks during your shift and sign logs. · Ensure that wake up calls are made promptly. · Completion of the night audit
