Executive Business Assistant (11-month fixed-term-contact) Colchester (3 days per week in the office/2 at home) Arc Legal Group, an AmTrust International business, is a specialist provider of legal expenses insurance and related services. Day to day activities: • Provide sophisticated calendar management for CEO & Dep CEO. Prioritize inquiries and requests while troubleshooting conflicts; make judgements and recommendations to ensure smooth day-to-day engagements. • Manage all diary, travel and hotel booking on behalf of the directors and coordinate all Executive Team meetings. • Preparation of all Board Meeting packs and minute taking. • Complete a broad variety of administrative tasks that facilitate the CEO/COO/Dep CEO’s ability to effectively lead the organisation. • Provide "gatekeeper" and "gateway" role, providing a bridge for smooth communication between the CEO/COO/Dep CEO and staff. • Ownership of internal communications and assistance in HR duties as required.
