Warehouse Team Leader
Your role as a Warehouse Team Leader will be all about making sure every customer receives the very best service, this includes the end customer in our stores and internal customers onsite which include your colleagues on the warehouse floor and colleagues from the other departments onsite. You will lead a team and we expect you to take huge pride in what you do, by picking orders for our stores accurately, in a fast-paced manner while adhering to Company policies and overseeing the site. Expectations include, good timekeeping and attendance, Health and Safety compliance, flexibility especially during busy periods, teamwork, knowledge sharing, ability to work in teams and to also show initiative. In return you will receive coaching and development in your role, continuous learning and opportunities to further your career when you achieve performance targets set by your Line Manger.
