The main duties of the role include: • Conduct comprehensive client appointments, including blood and urine sample collection, personal health measurements, and data entry into our Patient Information Systems (PIS). • Demonstrate sensitive communication to ensure client understanding and consent. • Maintain accurate records in PIS, uploading all relevant documentation. • Represent the company professionally at offsite events and appointments. • Engage in upselling and cross-selling at our private health clinic. • Proactively drive sales and exceed targets. • Complete company forms, specimen labelling, and laboratory test order forms accurately. • Demonstrate high IT literacy in order to manager various software systems and daily tasks. Essential criteria: • Previous Phlebotomy experience and certificate or equivalent training. • Confident using IT programmes. • Flexibility with working hours, as required by the business inclusive of evenings and weekends. • Exemplary customer service skills and experience. • Ability to manage existing clientele and generate new clientele at the same time. • Valid UK driving license Desirable: • Experience in a private healthcare setting. • Proficiency in the use of Microsoft packages. • Confidence and experience working internal / external events. • Sales / Retail experience.

Senior R&D Scientist
Senior Scientist – Clinical Immunoassay R&D (25N/CFSS) Randox Laboratories are seeking applications from experienced Scientists to join our growing R&D immunoassay team. The successful Senior Scientist will be involved in the development and release of new clinical diagnostic products. The Role: Randox now offer free transportation from Antrim Train / Bus station each morning to take staff to our various sites in Antrim and Crumlin. This shuttle will take staff back to the station at the end of the day.
